Hollywood Babies
Jaime Pressly, star of "My Name Is Earl", and her fiancé Eric Cubiche gave birth to their first baby on the morning of May 11th. The baby's name is Dezi James and he was born in LA. Also on May 11th, Sheryl Crow announced on her website that she adopted a baby boy named Wyatt Steven; named after her father and brother. The baby was born two weeks ago. This is Crow's first child. A new addition to the Costner family as Kevin and wife Christine had a baby boy on May 6th who they named Cayden Wyatt Costner. This is Christine's first child and Costner's fifth.

Celebrity Mishaps
Ty Pennington, star of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition", has been charged with two DUI counts after being arrested on the morning of May 5th. Actor Tom Sizemore spent some more time in jail after using crystal meth outside a California hotel. Sizemore is currently on probation due to previous problems with drugs dating back to 2004. Days after Paris Hilton fired her PR rep, Elliot Mintz, after claiming in court he told her she could drive with a suspended license as long as it was work-related; Hilton changed her mind and decided to continue using Mintz as her media representative. Meanwhile, Hilton is appealing her 45 day jail sentence which is set to start June 5 th. In other celebrity hot seat news, singer George Michael plead guilty to an October arrest in North London for "driving while unfit" due to use of prescription medication. Michael will be sentenced on May 30 th after more drug tests have been completed. David Hasselhoff'’s visitation rights have been suspended by an LA County Superior Court judge after a video of a drunk Hasselhoff lying on the floor appeared on the news. The video was filmed by one of Hasselhoff'’s daughters and she can be heard speaking to him about his drinking. Hasselhoff is now only allowed telephone contact with his daughters until May 21 st when the judge will hold a hearing on the video and determine future visitation rights.
